We have been asked to “open as usual” on Good Friday and Easter Monday, to ensure patients are not putting more strain through to our Hospitals, or ringing 111 over the long bank holiday weekend.

Its Flu season again. Flu is an acute viral respiratory infection and spreads easily from person to person, at home, at school, at work, etc. Vaccination is the most effective way to prevent influenza. Although anyone can get flu, certain people are at greater risk from the implications of flu.
